Lauder Taps Georgia Garinois-Melenikiotou

 

The Estée Lauder Companies has named Georgia Garinois-Melenikiotou its senior vice president of corporate marketing, effective April 1. In her new position, Garinois-Melenikiotou will lead the company’s newly-formed corporate marketing center of excellence, reporting to Fabrizio Freda, president and CEO.

Under her leadership, the team will work to strengthen consumer marketing efficacy and efficiency across the organization.

Garinois-Melenikiotou joins Lauder after a 20-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she was most recently president, beauty global business unit strategy and new growth.
