In her first hire as editor in chief, Michele Promaulayko has named Molly Nover-Baker the beauty director of Women's Health—a newly-created position. The appointment goes hand in hand with Ms. Promaulayko’s plans to create more beauty pages in the Rodale-owned publication and enhance the beauty presence on its website.
Formerly, Ms. Nover-Baker was the beauty and fitness director of CosmoGIRL and the beauty editor of sephora.com.
