CIBS Ladies’ Day 2009


CIBS bulletinIn their usual manner, the Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) had their annual Ladies Day luncheon at the New York Hilton on May 8. The hats were there and the spirit conveyed why CIBS’ other code name is Cosmetic Industry Boozers and Schmoozers.

As you can see, before the food, there was joy in the world, regardless of the economy. The laughs were there to be shared by all.
