Revlon Names New CEO, Spokesmodel

Revlon’s board of directors has elected 39 year-old Alan Ennis to the post of president and CEO. He succeeds David Kennedy, 62, who will become vice chairman and also executive vice president of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc.—Revlon’s largest shareholder. Revlon bulletin 2


Mr. Ennis formerly served as Revlon’s executive vice president, CFO and president of Revlon International.

Accordingly, Chris Elshaw, 48, has been appointed executive vice president and COO, while Steven Berns, 44, was elected executive vice president, CFO and treasurer.

In other Revlon news, the company recently added actress Jessica Biel to its spokesmodel roster—which already includes Halle Berry, Jennifer Connelly, Jessica Alba, Beau Garrett and Elle Macpherson. Ms. Biel will star in global advertising campaigns for the brand and participate in the company’s various charitable endeavors.
