Frédéric Rozé Named President and CEO of L’Oréal USA

L’Oréal USA has named Frédéric Rozé its new president and CEO, effective July 1, 2009.

Mr. Rozé succeeds Laurent Attal, who served as president and CEO for four years and will become the company’s new executive vice president and managing director of research and innovation. L’Oréal’s current research and development head, Jean-François Grollier, is set to retire at the end of the year.

Mr. Rozé, 47, joined L’Oréal in 1986 and most recently served as director of the consumer products division for Europe.
