BANKS, BANKRUPTCY & BOOBS

The Federal Bankruptcy law has Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 11 reorganization provisions. The boobs at the banks who buried themselves were in bed with bums who went along with their excesses. Why must we Americans bail out these bandits?

Let the banks file for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy law. After their creditors and their other cronies get wiped out, we can devise a recovery plan.

Why are we Americans saving these boobs at the banks?
